Passwords and personal identification numbers are only known by you. No employee, contractor or Third-Party Site has access to your Alana Chatbot password or PIN. We will never ask for your password or PIN through our customer service teams.

You can visit the Site and download the App without sharing any Personally Identifiable Information with us. In some circumstances, we may work with third parties to provide services on our website. These Third Parties may place their own cookies to collect information about your activities on our website and/or the advertisements you have clicked on.
In accordance with our routine record keeping, we may delete records that contain Personally Identifiable Information you have submitted through our Site and Services. If you choose, you may add your contacts' information into the App by connecting your contacts from your mobile device to the App. If you choose to share your contacts with us, we will, in accordance with your instructions, access and store your contacts' information to identify connections and help you connect with them.
Alana Chatbot collects personal information about you for a variety of purposes. We collect information from you when you: Register for an account, create or modify your account, access and use our services and features, participate in a survey, contest, promotion, sweepstakes, activity or event, make a purchase, request customer support, or communicate with us via third-party social media. We also store the files and other information ("Content") that you upload or provide to our services.
